If the touchscreen does not work, the user can restart the printer or enter the forced touch screen calibration procedure, which involves powering off the printer, pressing and holding the center of the screen with the stylus, and powering on the printer while tapping the center of each crosshair.

If the need for color printing arises, the user will need to find the corresponding color cartridge separately.
